Quin Pod Wins First Place at Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards 2026
The Quin Pod has been awarded First Place in the Tomorrow’s Health & Safety
Awards 2026, following a public vote by readers of the industry publication.
The awards recognise products that address real safety challenges faced by
workers and safety managers across the UK.
The Quin Pod was developed to address a persistent issue in workplace safety.
When accidents happen in isolation, critical time can pass before help arrives. In
many environments, workers operate across large sites, remote infrastructure or
locations where colleagues are not immediately nearby.
The Quin Pod embeds incident detection technology directly into protective
equipment.
Its sensors capture motion and movement thousands of times per second. Quin
algorithms analyse this data to identify patterns linked to serious safety events,
including:
- Impacts
- Slips, trips and falls
- Sudden environmental changes
- Other abnormal motion patterns
When a critical event is detected, the system automatically alerts designated
emergency contacts with the worker’s location and status. Integration with
emergency response services can also provide responders with key information to
support a faster, more informed response.
Our technology is already being integrated into safety equipment from global PPE
brands, including Guardio, Monitor and PIP and many more.
