Quin wins Digital Innovation in Health, Safety and Wellbeing at the Digital Construction Awards 2026
Quin has been awarded the Digital Innovation in Health, Safety and Wellbeing Award at the Digital Construction Awards 2026, recognising a connected approach to safety across construction environments.
This award reflects a shift in how safety is approached across the industry, where detection, response, and access to information must work together to improve on-site outcomes. At the centre of this approach is the Quin Pod, Quin Within app and Quin Tag.
The Quin Pod detects slips, trips, falls and collisions as they happen, using motion and impact data to identify incidents in real time. When a significant event occurs, it automatically alerts emergency contacts and shares key information, including location, severity and worker status. This enables a faster and more informed response, particularly in complex or low-visibility environments.
The Quin Tag ensures that critical medical and contact information is immediately accessible on site. Embedded directly into PPE, it allows a bystander or responder to access essential details with a simple tap on a smartphone, even if a worker is unable to communicate.
The Quin Within app connects the system. The Quin Within app is the essential companion for the Pod & Tag, delivering alerts, critical information and impactful insights - turning every incident into actionable data, highlighting patterns that help reduce risk across sites.
Together, the Quin Pod, App and Tag create a connected safety system that supports workers before, during and after an incident.
This means that when an incident occurs, it is detected, understood and acted on, supporting better on-site outcomes.
Quin would like to thank the organisers, judges and the wider industry for recognising this work, as well as its partners who continue to bring Quin technology into real-world environments.
